WOW this is the simplest to set up

This is the real portable model. Both the lead attack arm and the defensive rear arm attached with two small padding brackets.
Hang up your own boxing bags or training pads and so design your own head and body. When the martialarm was initially designed I would hang a small kick bag below it and I used an iron palm pad for the head.
You also save money on the shipping costs due to the decreased weight.
