most surfaces at about 40cm apart without the use of our striking pads
or bracket system. They can be attached to any surface using screws or
standard bolts gained from any hardware store. Both arms are
upholstered to the highest quality for strength and a supurb look and
feel. Create your own padded body using your current strike pads or
boxing bags you have at home.
